We (7 People) are going to Ilocos (Laoag) via Cebu Pacific on December 12 to 15. We will arrive there at around 8pm (December 12) and will leave at 6pm (December 15). We hope you can provide us with an Itinerary (hotel package, transportation service and tour guide) in a Cost-Effective Approach. Basically, we want to go to the following:
